We are thrilled to have Amanda back for weekly Soul Me Up Hatha Yoga classes on Tuesdays in the Hall. Hatha Yoga is practiced at a slower pace, focusing on integrating the breath and movement mindfully. On a physical level the focus is to increase your flexibility as well as challenge your strength. On an emotional level, it helps de-stress, reduce anxiety and encourages you to relax. All yoga levels are welcome and entry is by koha.
