Bring an item you need fixed to Repair Lab and our volunteers will do their best to fix it for free!
At Repair Lab we’ll have a crack at repairing electrical appliances, textiles and general household items. This is a volunteer-run program, so please be kind and patient. If we cannot repair it, we’ll give the best advice we can of what to do next.
Registrations are not needed. This is a first come, first serve service. Please bring only one or two items each event.
The event runs on the fourth Sunday of most months from 9.30am to 12noon at the City of Melville EcoHub.
Repair Lab House Rules:
🤝 Please stay with your Volunteer Repairer for the duration of your repair - have a chat and learn repair skills!
🔧 Only one item is repaired at a time - if you have multiple items, you'll need to join the queue again. This ensures everyone gets to be seen at least once by a Repairer.
🐶 We're unable to accommodate dogs.
