In this 30-hour training, we’ll explore the transformative power of stillness and rest through the distinct practices of yin and restorative yoga. Though often grouped together, these two styles serve very different purposes, and we’ll begin by understanding what sets them apart from one another and from other forms of yoga.
You’ll learn:
- The benefits and intentions of yin yoga, and its impact on fascia and connective tissues
- How restorative yoga supports the nervous system and cultivates deep relaxation
- How to sequence and guide yin and restorative classes effectively
- Ways to offer variations and prop-supported adaptations to meet individual needs
By the end of this module, you’ll be equipped to hold space for these deeply nourishing practices with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
