WHY IS THE CITY OF BRUSSELS REFUSING PERMITS FOR CITIZEN-LED OPEN-AIR EVENTS…
…by claiming there’s too little space and too many requests…
…while at the same time increasingly organizing its own events in those very same places?

What portion of the public budget is being allocated to these institutional initiatives?

And why isn’t there more support for grassroots collectives that have been keeping these formats alive for years?
What do you think — who benefits the most from this? The citizens? Or the politicians?
