Music in the Parks: Issho 5

Since 1892, Music in the Parks has provided residents and families opportunities to gather and enjoy local music throughout the summer. Since its inception thousands of free concerts have taken place. Concerts are weekly and vary from classic rock, hip hop, international, funk and many more genres of music.

This week at the Lake Harriet Bandshell we are hosting Issho 5, an international music group. Issho 5 brings together again three of the Twin Cities' Taiko Groups (Japanese Drumming) into one family-fun event. Groups include: Taiko Arts Midwest's premier performance group Enso Daiko, along with area community groups Harisen Daiko and Taikollaborative.
