Run for 30 mins without stopping #couchto5km

@aucklandcitytri and @scottietphoto are starting a five week run program as part of the ACTC Monday Night Run Club under the guidance of coach Liam Bird of @underbirdswing

Most ACTC Members are already past this level of running but may know of others who aren’t!!!

The idea is to get people up to speed so that they can then join the ACTC Run Club and get faster πŸ‘Œ

There is also the ACTC tri-starter program coming up so this might be helpful as a precursor to that!

Ready to run/walk (to start off) at 6.15pm this Monday 21st July.

Please help us spread the word or do it by yourself!

Week 2:
Monday
Jog 3 minutes
Walk 2 minutes
Repeat 7 times
35 minutes

Homework - Thu or Fri
Jog 4 minute
Walk 2 minutes
Repeat 6 times
34 minutes
