Kasselshoop: Live Food Demonstration with Chef Suné Niemand

We have something very exciting to share with you!

To celebrate Women's day this year, Kasselshoop's Tasting Room will be hosting a live demonstration with Chef Suné Niemand.

What is included:
- A demonstration on how to prepare a Ribollita
- Sourdough croutons with cheese sauce
- Cheese Scones using Kasselshoop cheese
- Balsamic purple onion petals
- Sweet & savoury cheese cake with glazed green figs or baked quinces
- An informal cheese & wine paring with small bites
- A set of recipes

Cost: R450 per person
Date: Friday, 8th of August (note that this is the day before Women's Day, which is the 9th of August)
