Triathlon success isn’t just about swimming, biking, and runningβ€”it’s also about mastering the transitions between each sport. Join Coach Sara Larson of Spark Endurance for a hands-on Transition Clinic at the event venue, designed exclusively for She Tris athletes.

Coach Sara will walk you through the key elements of smooth, efficient transitions (T1 and T2) and guide you through live practice so you can feel confident and prepared on race day. Stick around after the session for Q&A on gear, logistics, and what to expect throughout your event.

What to Bring:
- Bike (tires inflated)
- Helmet (required)
- Bike shoes (if different from run shoes)
- Water bottle
- Running shoes
- Socks (if you wear them)
- Visor or hat (optional for run)
- Race bib belt (if you have one)
- Towel or small mat for your transition area
