An immersive 50-hour training module in Yin Yoga and Classical Chinese Medicine :
A unique opportunity to learn a health system and a methodology enabling the practitioner to regulate their vital force called Qi or Prana.
To combine the practice of Yin Yoga with the stimulation of Qi in the meridians, we present you with a distinctive methodology ranging from the group muscles to the location of the meridians.
This will enable practitioners to map the body by moving from anatomical to energetical knowledge, following the “Jin Jing” layer of the meridians or the myofascial layer. Related to all postural practices, including Yin Yoga.
From the muscle groups targeted by a specific asana (posture), through the kinesiology (movement), to the location of the corresponding meridian (jing Luo). In summary: Muscle groups: leg/torso /upper body - Postures such as caterpillar/melting heart/dragonfly, etc. - Movements such as flexion/extension/abduction, etc. - Meridians names and locations: The 12 meridians (Jing Luo) corresponding to the 5 elements (Wu Xing).
