What to expect-
*we will gather in community circle to open. Go over what to expect and get to know your hosts and peers.
*Sound bath meditation to follow once everyone is settle in.
" all yoga mats provided, bring a blanket & pillow plus anything you need to feel comfortable" Journal is always a good idea :)
*light Beverages & snacks provided after sound bath
* Devotion and burn bowl " time to let go of things holding you back. write them out and burn them to be transmuted and carried away in smoke and fire. "
* small take home gifts & closing circle.

-each ash a whisper of who she was, each flame a promise of who she would become.
like the phoenix, her rising was inevitable."
