โ ๏ธ QUALIFICATIONS โ ๏ธ
โ๏ธ AGE: 16-17 years old (may donate provided with parent/guardianโs consent)
โ๏ธ AGE: 18-60 years old (61 to 65 years old may donate as long as already a regular donor)
โ๏ธ WEIGHT: at least 110lbs or 50kgs.
โ๏ธ Generally in good condition.
โ๏ธ Have enough rest and sleep.
โ๏ธ Donโt drink alcohol 24 hours before donating blood.
โ๏ธ No medication intake for at least 24 hours.
โ๏ธ Make sure you have eaten, but avoid fatty food.
โ๏ธ Drink plenty of fluids, like water or juice.
