This one-day retreat is designed for women, who are ready to reconnect with their creative voice, inner beauty, and unshakable confidence.

Through yoga, journaling, art and community, you’ll leave feeling seen, heard and inspired, aligned with your true self.
No art or writing experience needed - just bring along an open heart and your yoga mat.

10.00 am Arrival, Herbal Tea, Welcome Circle
10.30 am Grounding Meditation
10.45 am Tranquil Yoga Session
11.45 am Guided Journaling Session
12. 30 pm Nourishing Lunch
1.30 pm Flourishing Art Session (yours to keep)
3.30 pm Afternoon Tea
Conclusion of 1 Day Confidence Retreat.
