Fidel Monk - Live at The Shiraz Republic 1–3pm - Sunday August 31st

The Shiraz Republic stage isn’t your usual setup—it’s two old trucks welded into something wild, parked between the vines and the cellar door. Rustic, raw, and right where the good stuff happens. Kick back with a glass of local wine, craft beer, or something stronger, and let the afternoon roll out like the rows of grapes behind us.

I’ll be playing solo—songs that dig into the dirt and flicker with something like hope, fueled by six strings, country vocals, and the odd bit of wailing harmonica. Think twanging well picked folk, dark blues bends, and lyrics that don’t just skim the surface. (If Billy Bragg, Slim Dusty, and The Ramones spawned a bush poet lovechild, it might sound a bit like this.)

No schmaltz—just honest music in a place that feels like it’s been waiting for a soundtrack. Bring your crew, your dog, or just your own two feet. We’ll keep it loose, loud(ish), and leaning into the kind of Sunday that sticks with you.

See you between the trucks and the vines.
