ACCA 4th Annual Golf Tournament, The Coffee Bus, Silent Auction, & Raffle

The Atchison Child Care golf tournament is a 4-person scramble on August 16th, 9 am start time.
We will have prizes for longest drive (men and women), longest putt, and closest to the pin. We will have at least two flights and the top two places for each flight, will receive prizes.
There will be a silent auction at the clubhouse for baskets from local companies, organizations, families, etc.
Come out and join us and your friends for a fun time! Anyone and all levels of golfers are welcomed and encouraged to come out and play!
Entry is $340/team or $85/person and includes lunch and a goody bag.
We want to involve as many families and community members as possible in our fundraising event. We have some special things planned so stay tuned for our exciting additions this year!

Hole Prize Donation
Your organization can choose to donate items such as gift cards or general merchandise. These items will be given to the winner of each hole contest (longest drive, closest to the pin, etc.). There will be a card accompanying your donation with your organization’s name/logo on it.
Team/Race Prizes
Your organization can choose to donate items such as merchandise, apparel, hard goods, gift cards, etc. These items will be given as team prizes. There are four people on each team and there may be upwards of six teams receiving these prizes. There will be a card accompanying your donation with your organization’s name/logo on it.
Silent Auction or Raffle Donation
Your organization can donate an individual item or compile a basket of merchandise, apparel, hard goods, rounds of golf, gift cards, etc. to be in the silent auction or part of the raffle. There will be a card accompanying your donation with your organization’s name/logo on it.
Banner Sponsor
For a $75 donation, your organization’s name will be listed on a banner at the clubhouse entrance for all participants to be greeted with as they enter.
Hole Sponsor
For a $100 donation, there will be a sign posted at one of the tee boxes with your company’s logo.
Banner & Hole Sponsor
For a $150 donation, there will be a sign posted at one of the tee boxes with your organization’s logo as well as your company’s name listed on the banner at the clubhouse entrance.
Breakfast Sponsor
For a $200 donation, you can be the breakfast sponsor. Breakfast is provided to all participants. You will have signs posted in the breakfast area with your organization’s name/logo.
Lunch Sponsor
For a $200 donation, you can be the lunch sponsor for the whole tournament. Lunch is provided to all golf participants. You will have signs posted in the lunch area with your organization’s name/logo.
Goody Bag Sponsor
You are welcome to give any promotional items for your company or business that you’d like to provide to the golf tournament participants.
