Senior Race 11:30am: Age 16+ 11.7 kilometres with 237 metres of climb (7.3 miles / 777 feet). Starting and finishing at the bandstand and taking in the two peaks of Aberystwyth – Pen Dinas and Constitution Hill.

Junior Ras Consti, 10:00am: Ages 7-15 (under 7s must be accompanied by an adult). Junior (11 and Under) – 1.77 kilometres / 1.1. mile); Secondary (12 and over) – 2.57 kilometres / 1.6 miles. Starting and finishing at the bandstand and taking in part of (Junior) or a full climb of Constitutiion Hill (Secondary).
