Join the family and friends of Tonya Hoeffel for a special gathering on the 10th anniversary of her passing. We'll share photos, memories, and some of Tonya's favorite foods as we cherish the memories she's left us.
The family of Tonya Hoeffel will provide food and drinks, and we encourage you to bring something for everyone to share and any photos or mementos you have of Tonya.
We are fittingly having this memorial at one of Garrett's parks, which were a passion project of hers as a member of the Garrett City Council and as the Mayor of Garrett. We'll also be right across the street from the office she graced for over 2 decades as an administrative assistant and then as an ESL teacher in Garrett-Keyser-Butler schools.
