π WEAR: Comfortable clothes (gym wear is perfect), flat shoes & bring a drink bottle
βAnyone from all age groups are welcome. Our classes group range starts from 18 to 60 years young.
βCan I join if I open week? It's best to start from Week 1 as our courses are progressive. But get in touch with us and we see how we can help you.
