Join artist Celeste Seitz in the world of Enso, or as Wikipedia says, "In Zen art, an ensΕ (εηΈ; "circular form") is a circle hand-drawn in one or two uninhibited brushstrokes to express the Zen mind, which is associated with enlightenment, emptiness, freedom, and the state of no-mind."
This experience is for both artists and non artists, and creators at any level. ("Painting attire" should be worn.)
Lean in and be a part of the guided exploration of mark making techniques and tools, where we shed some inhibitions and view marks with curiosity rather than criticism! Attendees will work with pencil, pen, ink, charcoal, watercolor, and acrylic to create their personal mark making dictionary, as well as pieces of finished abstract art.
