�About the Event�

This Mindfulness event is inspired by ancient Buddhist & Yoga techniques to impart deep relaxation. A carefully curated combination of physical movement, breath movement & philosophical discussions are in the order.

Physical movements with pauses in specific poses allow the body to let go of the deeply rooted stress.

Special Breathing techniques shall help to release your vital energy trapped in the loop of thoughts.

Mindfulness philosophy for your intellect to get better understanding of your mind and get inspiration for winning over it.

🕛Schedule:

* Yoga stretching: 30 minutes of physical movement with pauses in specific poses.
* Mindful breathwork: 15 minutes of full yogic breathing followed by 15 minutes of mindfulness breathing.
* Mindfulness Philosophy: 20 minutes of discussion on Buddhist Mindfulness philosophy and its importance in realising peace in the daily busy life follwoed by Q&A.
