As summer heats up, come cool down the body and mind with Jill in a pitta-balancing yoga workshop. In this 90-minute workshop, Jill will guide you through a cooling Ayurvedic sequence of yin, restorative, and vinyasa yoga to counterbalance the fiery energy of pitta season and restore a sense of groundedness in both body and mind.
