📍 Bethesda Church Hall – 81 City Road, Beenleigh
🚗 Parking available on the grass at the front of the hall
Join me for a deeply restorative group sound healing session focused on empowerment and self-love. This is your time to pause, reconnect with your inner strength, and nurture the love you hold within.
Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and tuning forks, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation — supporting emotional balance, clarity, and confidence.
✨ What to Bring:
• A yoga mat or something comfy to lie on (wooden floorboards can get hard)
• A pillow (for under your head or knees – or both!)
• A blanket or something warm (heating will be on, but extra comfort is always welcome)
• Water bottle
• Wear comfortable clothing
