Summer Sessions are here!
A series of outdoor events, surrounded by nature, in the idyllic Swedish summer.
What better way to celebrate the beauty of the nordic summer than to immerse with her during moments of connection.
We will meet at the park, and start by offering you Ceremonial Cacao (OPTIONAL for a fee) then proceed to begin our breathing meditation practice of the day.
We will use Silent headphones for an immersive experience, so expect a cozy, private space even when we are outside.
-Dates :
-July 1 kl- 17-18:30
-July 15 kl- 17-18:30
-July 29 with Samrummet kl 17-19 (2 hours cacao included)
-August 9- KL 11-12:30
-Limited spots (Because of the silent headphones)

What to bring:
*A yoga mat or blanket to sit/lay on. (a cushion to sit if you wish)
*****These events will happen WEATHER PERMITTING ******
Any weather is good except RAIN. If it's raining it WILL BE CANCELLED and you will be refunded fully.
No refunds for sickness or no shows. But you can transfer your spot for the next ones.
