You’re invited to our Men’s Life Hub brunch and safe space to openly discuss the societal pressures of being a man and how to balance talking through those feelings.

This theme is centered around providing the opportunity for men to come together and talk heart to heart. Men often feel as though they cannot show vulnerability and are more alone than they make known. Societal pressures are often telling men to "man up" but if the space is provided for men to "just be" then more growth could happen.

Sometimes, men just need a space where they can freely speak about what they are feeling and lean on one another to help them out of what they are going through.

That's what this segment is about. Men being able to speak freely without pressures and duties, with strength and vulnerability. Because ultimately the safe haven is found in God and in one another!!
