Discarded Books into Craft Kits Project

Dear Friends of the Bellevue Public Library,
Our next adventure with discarded book pages will be Monday, July 14, from 4:00 to 6 P.M. in the meeting room of the Bellevue Public Library. We will have two or three patterns to try out, looking for fun, attractive, and fairly easy patterns to turn into money-making kits. We have scissors, glue, and pages, but if you have a glue stick, please bring it.
When we met last we separated lots (and LOTS) of pages from their spines and sorted them by book into separate background color ( white, cream, yellowish). Then we subdivided into those with only text, those with some color, and those which are predominantly color.
You do NOT need to have been at the separating party in order to be at the first pattern experiment party. Come one, come all!
Hope to see you Monday, July 14th.
