Meet at the lower soccer fields in Central Park. There's plenty of parking close to the trailhead. Join us after the run for our weekly potluck. Bring a preferably savory potluck dish with a serving utensils, and your own dish and utensil.
Route: Grand Ridge offers a relatively flat 6.7 mile route, with 950 feet of gain. The gradual climbing and descent makes the route very runnable. Beware of roots and rocks, as this route is known for its trip hazards. This route takes the group around 1:20 to 1:30 elapsed time (12 to 13min/mi pace).
