Professional chef Rajeev Arora will be demonstrating a selection of dishes that connect to his Indian heritage and upbringing. Guests will be able to learn about the culture behind the cuisine and enjoy a family-style meal together in our heritage house dining room.

Pani Puri (popular streetfood dish containing potatoes, onions, and spiced mint-water)
Butter Chicken (chicken curry with tomato and cream sauce base)
Blueberry Halwa (dessert made with semolina flour, saffron, ghee, dried fruit, and nuts)
