A 6-week class series focused on rebuilding potpartum bodies for those between 6 weeks and 12 months postpartum. Classes will move through intentional movement strategies, core connection, and progressive strengthening.
This class will prepare you for return to higher level exercise, by ensuring the foundational componenets of physical and pelvic health are in place first.
This class is approapriate for all levels. Whether you are resuming exercise at 6 weeks, 6 months, or 12 months postpartum, this class sets the foundations for getting mom-strong, reducing the risk of injury, and progressing through your initial phase of returning to purposeful movement.
