5th Annual Resurrection island tattoo convention. Held at the beautiful Wheeling island hotel casino racetrack. Second weekend every October we bring 150 of the country’s best artists to the Ohio valley we have the best of the best including a couple artists from the hit TV series inkmaster angels. We also pack the weekend full of entertainment with live bands all weekend burlesque dancers and the amazing monster dolls entertaining the crowd all weekend and NGN suspension team performing all weekend as well.
