From SOLD OUT Culture Cuisine experiences in Cape Town to you in Jozi back by popular demand! Join me as we celebrate Women’s month and an unforgettable morning of mindfulness with intention on Saturday 30 Aug for my popular Kintsugi workshop!
This centuries old art form is filled with many philosophical lessons and can be viewed as a metaphor for healing ourselves by embracing our own flaws and imperfections.
Traditional Kintsugi can take months to complete. In this 3 hour workshop I’ll share my contemporary methods to practice and apply on any ceramics that need to be mended to allow you to repair and restore into something unique and resilient rather than disposing of!
Booking essential as space is limited. DM/WhatsApp/Quicket to secure your seat.

A ceramic of your own like a vase/pot plant holder/bowl etc that is either broken in half or with 2 - 4 pieces broken off. You can also bring a ceramic that isn’t broken and I’ll teach you how to break it! Please note the technique I will share uses gold leaf / gold powder that is not food grade safe.
