Introduction to Gelli Printing

Learn the art of gelli printing with Holly Rogers in this new workshop. Gelli printing is a technique that uses acrylic paints, rollers, layering techniques, and printing plates. Holly will walk you through the basics of layering paints and adding textures that will be applied and “pulled” onto paper. This monoprinting method creates a single print with unexpected and interesting results. Students will have the opportunity to play with many paints and materials to create multiple prints on heavy paper.
