Ready to move with purpose, push your limits, and feel the river breeze while you do it? Join us on Shore Thing for a high-energy outdoor workout that brings the structure of strength training to the flow of summer.
We’ll kick things off with a dynamic warm-up to fire up your hips, hamstrings, and core—getting you loose and ready to move. Then it’s into the main circuit: bodyweight strength, agility drills, and balance-building exercises designed to boost endurance and coordination. Think sweat, rhythm, and grit—with timed intervals that keep your heart pumping and your muscles activated.
We’ll wrap with a fast-paced AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) to test your hustle, followed by a guided cool-down and breathwork session to reset and recover.
No gym. No mirrors. Just you, the river, and a whole lot of good energy.
