Grateful Space (gratitude circle)

This gratitude group practices in person and on zoom every Monday, creating a field of miracles and good feelings through focused practices and meditations.

Often the meditations and conversations are ground breaking. Whatever we do, we cook in thankfulness, presence and appreciation, even through the challenges we have in our lives.

If you'd like to arrive earlier for the EFT group that uses trauma and stress relieving somatic exercises please feel free to come in anytime. If you would like to stay for Sacred Knowing, the constellation group that meets after, you are welcome. Same link, Same location, anytime 5pm with official times:
