Experience a refreshing hour of calm, clarity, and inner balance through guided meditation and practical wisdom. This class is open to everyone—whether you are new to meditation or have joined previous "Meditation for Mental Health" sessions.
Led by Buddhist monk Venerable Andrew from Peace Point Meditation San Diego, each session includes an introduction to meditation for beginners, followed by a guided practice and teachings to support emotional resilience and mental well-being.
While each session follows a similar format, new content and insights will be introduced to offer continuing growth for returning participants, while still being accessible and beneficial to newcomers.
All are welcome. No prior experience necessary.
