Re O-Week #2 Duder Day Hike

We're back for a favourite day walk of ours at Duder Regional Park! Come soak up the beauty of the Pohutukawa Coast with us on one of Tamaki Makaurau's best day walks. On Saturday the 2nd of August, we'll be tackling the Duder Regional Park Loop which is 6.3km and will take ~2 hours to complete. It is a beginner-friendly track so fitness wise all you gotta have is a good attitude :)

DATE: 2nd of August 2025
COST: $10 (Gas money)

Meeting point: AUT City Campus

ITINERARY:
8:30am Meet at City Campus
9:00am Leave for Duder Regional Park
9:45am Arrive at Duder Regional Park
9:50am Start walk
11:50am Finish walk, head to beach at Duder beach
12.05pm Lunchtime with crew, beach games, relaxing
2.00pm Begin return back to AUT
3.00pm Back on campus

Comfortable footwear suitable for walking/running/tramping

Sunhat & sunscreen
Lunch and Snacks for the day
At least two litres of water
Optional togs & towel
