Women's Self Defence

A new six week self defence course for women, by women. Taught by Sensei Tina and Sensei Helen, we'll be teaching basic defence through the lens of karate. Karate has been practised for centuries as a practical, powerful, functional way to protect yourself.

Mixed with fitness and flexibility work, we hope you'll join us on a Tuesday evening! Please don't be put off by the thought of not being able to keep up - all fitness levels and abilities are welcome and everything can be adapted to your pace. £40 for six weeks, or £7 per session.
