Candlelight Cacao Yin and Sound Bath - a new moon in Leo ceremony

Come and experience a deeply nourishing and restorative evening that will connect you back to your inner flame.
A intimate candlelit space to rest, receive and be deeply held as you traverse your inner landscapes, connect to what is kindling inside you and find your sanctuary within.

You will be guided through a cacao ceremony to open the heart, a restorative yin yoga practice to melt the body, a sound healing journey to bring healing to the whole system, followed by a fire ceremony to ignite and illuminate your souls wisdom.
You will not want to miss this cozy and restorative evening, a space to be held and receive during these wintery months.

Bolsters, blankets, blocks and yoga mats provided, please bring a mug for cacao, your journal, a water bottle and a willingness for a deep rest and reset.
