A retreat dedicated to Self-care and Women's Health. If you are looking for an ultimate way to start off your 2026 intentionally, investing in your well-being, we have got you covered.
The retreat is at Negroponte sea side resort, 40 minutes outside of Athens airport.
The retreat is an all female group in teachers and participants.
The daily programme:
- Qi Gong / tai Chi/ yoga
- Meditation
- In the mornings there will be integrative health lectures and sharing. Each day of the retreat is dedicated to a topic, such as
=> women's cycle / hormony
=> Qi expression, creativity and boundaries;
=> pain management,
=> breast health & cancer
There will be a lecture on this topic from a allopathic point of view by a doctor/specialist/nurse ánd from the shiatsu/TCM point of view. We want to bring the best of both worlds together highlighting the value of an integrative health approach for the patient's well-being
- the afternoon is dedicated to practice, swapping treatments, trying new techniques, sequences or tcm points.
- there will be ample free time to swim, hike, read or simply to have coffee with your new best friends
