Class will include a handout. Cheese cultures, yogurt cultures, citric acid, butter muslin cloth and grass-fed raw milk will be for sale, so you can start creating delicious treats for friends and family right away.

This class will be taught by Lisa McCrory, owner of Earthwise Farm & Forest, a Homestead Farm focusing on Self Sufficiency, Resliency, and Regenerative Stewardship. Lisa has 2 milk cows and sells raw milk from the farm. Among other things, she loves to share her love of all things dairy.
