3 Section Staff w/ Shifu Gregg Zilb - Authentic Shaolin Kung Fu

The three section staff 三節棍 (sān jié gùn) is a flail weapon made of three wooden sticks connected by a metal chain. It is a relatively recent addition to the historical arsenal of Kung Fu weapons. Shifu Gregg will break working with this complex weapon down into beginner-friendly pieces that will give beginners an introduction to the weapon, and help advanced martial artists refine their practice.
