Motherhood changes everything—including how we breathe, move, and feel in our bodies.

Whether you’re pregnant, freshly postpartum, or deep in toddler life (or beyond!), this interactive workshop is your chance to reconnect with your body and build real-world strength that supports your day-to-day mom life.

In this 60 minute hands-on session, we’ll focus on foundational movements that improve core strength, pelvic floor health, and overall body confidence—without the pressure of “getting your body back.”

What You’ll Learn:

How to breathe better: Diaphragmatic breathing to calm your nervous system, activate your core, and support pelvic floor relaxation.

How to build real strength: The Stability Breath (intra-abdominal pressure) to create a strong foundation from the inside out.

How to move smarter: Functional, low-impact exercises (like bird dog, clam shell, hinge pattern and more) that support your body through everything from picking up kids to managing grocery bags and car seats.

This workshop is intentionally designed for:

Pregnant moms looking to feel strong and prepared for birth

Postpartum moms (any stage!) wanting to rebuild from within

Anyone who feels disconnected from their core or pelvic floor

Mamas ready to feel more confident, capable, and in control of their body
