Benefit For Sara Mays and Family

On July 3, 2025, Sara Mays with her two dogs, her grandmother Marylou Fazzio, and her sister Sophia Lovallo were all asleep in the comfort and security of their home, most likely looking forward to celebrating the fourth of July weekend. Without warning, they were awakened to a loud boom sound and their home fully engulfed in flames and smoke. Sara could hear her younger sister screaming and courageously got her grandma and two dogs out of the house safely. Sara could not get to her sister, who was trapped somewhere on the second floor but was able to scream to her sister to get to the window and jump out. Sophia knocked the air conditioning unit out of the window, jumped out the window to safety. Sara, her grandma and two dogs were safe and with no injuries. While Sophia sustained burns to her body and smoke inhalation. The family lost their home and lost everything that they owned except the clothes that they were wearing when they escaped this nightmare. A Benefit for Sara Mays and Family is going to be held on Sunday August 17, 2025 at Hat Tricks Bar and Grill 5690 Camp Road, Hamburg, NY, 14075 from 1pm - 4pm. Tickets are $25.00 and include Food Domestic Draft Beer. A Chinese Auction, Raffles. 50/50 and entertainment to be named later will all be going on! let's all come together as family, friends, coworkers and a community to help Sara and her family Recover and Rebuild!
