Also known as β€œyogic sleep,” this guided relaxation takes you into a deeply relaxed state between wakefulness and sleep, where healing and transformation can occur. Whether you seek stress relief, better sleep, inner clarity, or quality time for yourself, this evening offers a powerful reset for the mind and body.


No prior experience is necessary, every body is welcome, all equipment is provided and we will finish with a sweet treat. Simply come as you are and let the practice guide you into a restful, tranquil state.
