Community Clean-Up at Almost Home Animal Shelter

We are partnering with Almost Home Animal Shelter in Van Buren to launch the first phase of our textile recycling program. Children and their parents will replace used blankets and place them in the recycling bin we bring. Volunteers will also help with any additional tasks the organization may need such as feeding, watering, walking, and emotional support. All children must be accompanied by their parent, no exceptions due to Almost Home regulations. Parents will need to fill out a volunteer form for their child upon arriving. Children are also encouraged to fill out the Student Leadership Council form to stay involved with activities and events.
