Mississippi Blood Services (MBS) is calling on all eligible blood donors to help
eight-year-old Kendan Lollar, who was critically injured in a side-by-side accident with his father earlier this
month. Kendan, whose blood type is O positive, faces multiple surgeries beginning this week and will require
numerous transfusions along the way. While his father was spared from needing blood, Kendan’s life now
depends on the generosity of donors across Mississippi
