Join Kelli Nickisch (RYT-200, Menopause Yoga accredited teacher) and Brandis Gunderson (Certified Health and Life Coach) as they share yoga poses, breathing techniques and lifestyle changes that nourish our nervous system and ease many of the unwanted symptoms of this life change.
We plan to focus on five main topics during this workshop: Mindfulness/Meditation, Stress Management, Mindful Movement, Nutrition & Sleep! Menopause is a natural process and part of the journey is to become better acquainted with your body, mind and inner knowing. As we transition through each stage, we all experience it differently and need various types of support.
