Mabon Ritual

The Autumn Equinox denotes the Solar Sabbat of Mabon. On this day light and dark appear in equal balance, then the dark begins to overtake the light moving into winter. The second harvest is heralding a season of gratitude. The bounty of Mother Earth will sustain Her children through the upcoming dark days. Our ritual will be honoring the Welsh Celtic Culture. We will tell the tale of Modred, a powerful ancient Goddess and Her Son Mabon. Mabon is the Divine Child of Light. Our circle will raise grateful energies and focus on a Swirling Leaf Spell. Learn the importance of the Salmon, the Stag, and the Crow and the special messages they may bring to you. Ritual will be followed by a Thanksgiving potluck dinner. Bring a Fall dish to share in a loving community atmosphere. All good intentioned magickal folk are welcome.
