BLAST FROM THE PAST - Food Safety Demo w/ FREE Product Distribution

Repeat of 2023 Food Safety Demo event on the importance of cutting boards in preventing food contamination. The market will be distributing a free cutting board, a scrub brush to clean cutting boards as well as a lettuce knife to anyone at the market. The Food Safety event is possible because Lincoln Park Farmers Market was awarded in 2023 Food Safety Training and Education Fund grant by the Michigan Farmers Market Association (MIFMA) of Lansing, Michigan.
