Breathwork and sound bath

Bringing together breathwork and sound healing is the most powerful group offering that I share.

Breathwork clears and shifts stagnant energy within the body bringing peace and clarity. Working with the breath shifts our awareness from our mind back into our body and tones the vagus nerve which controls our parasympathetic nervous system - helping us to drop into our rest and repair state.

Crystal bowl sound healing frequencies can take us into the powerful brainwave state of theta enabling the body and mind to experience rejuvenation, growth, and healing. Theta waves facilitate restoration after periods of illness, physical exertion, and mental burnout.

The combination of a breathwork session followed by the crystal bowls drops us deep into a blissful and deeply healing state - what a way to start your weekend!
