Iām delighted to announce that I am hosting a 3 week course in self defence for ladies over 13 years of age.
You may or may not be aware of a recent attack on a lady in broad day light in this area. This angered and upset quite a few of my regular members. So as we are so lucky to have the fabulous Horizon BJJ Tiverton train from here 3 times a week they have put together a safe and simple program to teach us the basics in staying safe when faced with an attacker.
The course will be sold as a block of 3 consecutive Sundays; 8.30am for one hour.
September 7th - 14th and 21st. The block will cost Ā£30.
None of us should be made to feel unsafe when out on our own
