All day pottery workshop aimed at potters wishing to work on their own projects, improve their skills or simply enjoy the atmosphere and facilities available to indulge in a day of pottery! This is an Adult only session and is aimed at those who already have some experience of coiling, pinching and slab building.
Potters will have access to the studio 10.30am to 3.30pm, you may use any of the facilities including our large slab roller, hand-building tools, cutters, stamps, hand rollers, stencils, etc. plus shared use of the 9 potters wheels we have available. For those using the potters wheels you will need to have already attended our Pot Throwing Experience session or alternatively be an experienced pot thrower.
Excellent value for money at just £75pp. Included in the price will be up to 12.5kg of clay, drying and firing for one shelf load in the kiln. If you require any more, you may purchase these on the day. If you require slips or glazes please request before your session (this may incur additional cost subject to quantities required) or you are welcome to bring your own.
